Annually, the HKCA Board conducts a spring and fall Walk Around to view the overall condition of the common areas, tree health, and individual townhome landscaping and maintenance. The attached Check List is used during each Walk Around to determine whether any maintenance issues exist on residential and/or cluster common areas.
