Environmental Enhancements (EE) is our landscape contractor. This group is on-site weekly during growing season to mow common areas and homeowner lawns, remove excess clippings and edge sidewalks and curbs and other paved areas. They carry out litter and debris removal from all lawn areas, paved areas and landscaped beds.
Fertilization in residential and common area lawns in March, September/October and November/December. Weed control is applied in March/April and May/June during peak growing periods.
Insect and disease control occurs on all residential and common areas as lime testing and application and aeration. Over-seeding also occurs as needed.
EE maintains our ornamental trees and shrubs including weeding, pruning, leaf clean up, insect and disease inspection and control, fertilization, mulching and trench edging.
