Heather Knoll Cluster Association has the following standing committees and
short term task force groups established by the Board to advise the Board on
a variety of matters.
Lighting Task Force
The Lighting Task Force is focused on researching and providing to
the Board recommendations for the FYs 2024 and 2025 on updating
and converting the community’s street lights and other lighting to LED
and full cutoff fixtures.
Website Task Force
The Website Task Force focuses on developing and implementing a
Board approved website. The Task Force is comprised of up to four
Board and community members. The Task Force also ensures the
website contains current and relevant information for use by residents,
future residents and the public.
Insurance Review Task Force
The Insurance Review Task Force is comprised of residents with
expertise in insurance and the Treasurer. The Task Force is charged
with reviewing HKC’s insurance policies to ensure that the community
is adequately covered to meet the standards set by the State and the
needs of community associations.
Parking Committee
The Parking Committee is comprised of community and Board
members that advise the Board on parking rules, ensuring that all
resident cars are registered with the Cluster and that parking rules are
followed by residents and visitors.
Community Outreach Committee
The Community Outreach Committee is comprised of Board and
community members with an interest in carrying out events and
outreach to our neighbors. The mission of this unique Committee is to
sponsor events such as community clean ups, parties and other events
and to foster goodwill among neighbors. Additionally, the Committee
finds charitable and individual means to help our neighbors both here
in our Cluster and beyond.
